Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the mailing carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, non-delivery, theft, damaged packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Lost packages

Delayed delivery

Packages marked as delivered but not received

Damaged boxes or packaging

Incorrect delivery by the carrier

Weather-related delays

Carrier handling issues

Address issues entered by the customer

If your package is lost, delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim with them. We are happy to provide tracking information, but we are not responsible for the carrier’s delivery performance after the package leaves our facility.

Correct Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

No Refunds or Returns

Due to the personal-care nature of our micro-infusion products, skincare products, beauty tools, lip products, and any related items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed or shipped.

This policy is in place for safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons. Micro-infusion, skincare, cosmetic, and personal-use products cannot be resold once they leave our facility.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact the mailing carrier directly to file a shipping damage claim.

If you believe you received the wrong item or a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product

Photos of the packaging

A description of the issue

We will review the information and determine if the issue qualifies for a replacement. Refunds are not guaranteed.
